At KOIBIRD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique finds, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all eligible fashion and lifestyle items. Please ensure all pieces remain unworn, with original tags and designer packaging intact, to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into your KOIBIRD account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box, ensuring all designer labels, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included to avoid a restocking fee.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the pre-paid DHL or courier label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and schedule a collection or drop it off at your nearest authorized point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, excluding initial shipping costs.
